413 ENVIRONMENTALVerra Brazil REDD+ CCB Triple Gold v.2021 and v.2022 totals of 7.2 Million tons of carbon credits, which will issue/deliver later this year Q4 2023 and v.2023 will issue in Q1 or Q2 2024. US based company representing a Family Investment Office, with Toronto Canada and Brazil lawyers and PDD provider is also well known - Radicle. The price will be adjusted to OPIS as was told to me but they are flexible in price and the offtake can be negotiated as well. I am direct to the US company who owns the project and is registered in Verra. Lots of SDG's, quite a few communities involved. The price will command the quality of course. The company will be sending their final reports to Verra after the Comment Period had expired to take care of all of the issues. Project is on close to 500,000 hectares in the Brazilian Amazon. This company also has another project just listed in Verra which is in public comments phase. They also have much more land available to develop in Brazil - either themselves or co-invest with other investors This particular project will be CCB audit next year which will give CCB status retroactive to day 1.
